The NORA 4 programme is now live! The line up is outstanding. Registration closes on November 15th. Do not miss the opportunity to register to mingle with native oyster habitat restoration enthusiasts online, read posters and talk to their authors, meet our expert keynote speakers from the Pacific coast of the USA and Australia, and to catch up on the range of activities that native oyster habitat restoration projects around Europe have been undertaking since NORA 3!
Despite not meeting in person, the conference title remains “NORA 4 – Reconnecting across Europe” and the conference aims to do just that by taking place on Gather.town, a virtual meeting platform which allows participants to “walk” around and interact with one another much as you would in an in-person conference. The use of this interface is financially supported by the Rich North Sea programme.
The interface is simple to learn and the NORA Secretariat will be offering a series of drop in sessions from 11-12 CET/ 10-11GMT in the week running up to the conference to introduce those new to the format. Further details will be shared with registered participants, but if you would like to get a head start you can try a Gather.town walk-through demo here…
As always, if you have any questions or have any materials you are keen to share with NORA 4 conference participants, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the NORA Secretariat email@example.com
